All shipments are made from Monday to Friday except for holidays.

Once the order is completed you will receive an email with a confirmation message and your tracking number so you can check the shipping status at the courier’s website.
If your order is damaged when it arrives please contact us within the first 24 hours so we can contact the courier company and see what’s the best option.
Note that some of our products are "made to order". These products require a production time that ranges from three to five days before being shipped.

Contact us before returning any items.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery and the product must be in new condition.
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
If the product is ruined when you recieve it, please contact us as soon as possible via email attaching a image of the product and the packaging. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
Please, get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
We don't make a refund of eligible returns. We will replace your product with the same item or one with the same price.
The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
